What was the highlight of Hotel Ascot Sorrento
Overall god value for the money but they need to concentrate on updating the rooms
The common areas were clean and well maintained. The dining room was clean and the breakfast buffet was great. They even provided me with several gluten free options daily. The pool was also clean and very pretty. Very central location. The staff was friendly
The rooms need updating!! The first rooms that we were given had mould in the shower. The furniture is dated. The walls could use repairs as there were chips in the plaster and could use a fresh coat of paint.

Overall we enjoyed our short stay and we intend to return.
Breakfast, location, sunny balcony and really nice garden/terrace. Michele/Michael in the bar and the girls in reception.
Disposable beakers in bathroom. (not changed once) Two lonely cups in the room. (No spoon)

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
